Bonus Features & Mechanics
Whilst you might think that the cashpot element is the main focus and feature of these slots, more often than not this is an added extra in the gameplay, and you’ll still get to encounter tonnes of bonuses and modifiers that you enjoy. Take a look below at what else you’re set to experience.
- Megaways: Due to the global success of the Megaways mechanic, developed by Big Time Gaming, we’ve seen it incorporated into pretty much every slot style and genre you can imagine. When integrated into the cashpot slot niche, you’ll typically find games that can produce up to 117,649 ways to win on any spin.
- Cascading Reels: Often referred to as tumbling reels, this feature activates after a winning combination has been formed. It removes the symbols from the reels before replacing them with new ones, giving players the opportunity to win multiple times from just one paid spin.
- Collector Mechanic: Now more commonly associated with fishing slots, the collector mechanic, in the cashpot games it features in, gives you a shot at hitting bigger win multipliers and earning more free spins.
- Free Spins: The core part of any online slot is its bonus round, and in cashpot-themed slots you’ll often find that the cashpot rewards are increased during a bonus or that they can be won multiple times

Best Cashpot Themed slots Ranked By Demoslot Rating

Demo & Review
Our Conclusion: I still do have a few quid in the Luck O' The Irish slots when I'm playing in arcades, but to be honest, I've never really got into the games online. I'm not sure why that is, but probably because there's just so much more choice and new slots always being released for you to play rather than sticking with classics that you know.I guess to wrap this review up, I'd say that Luck O' The Irish Go For Gold is a fairly decent slot, but I do wonder how many players would rather spin the reels on Rainbow Riches, with the main feature almost being an exact copy.

Our Conclusion:
Blueprint have certainly got plenty of mileage out of the Kong franchise and who can blame them. The theme still remains popular and players are keen to try out more games that feature their favourite ape. This is of course a game that isn't going to be for everyone, but if you've liked other titles that Kong has been in, then why not give this one a try too.

Our Conclusion:
Given the huge success of Le Bandit, it’s no surprise that Hacksaw Gaming decided to release yet another installment in the series, and Le King is a pretty decent addition to the “Le” range of games, in our opinion. While some players will dislike the localised jackpots (they tend to lower the RTP, and many players feel that they’re simply unwinnable), we quite like them, and it looks like the Mini and Major tend to be awarded quite frequently.
It’s a familiar-looking game with a familiar mechanic, but if you liked the original Le Bandit, Le King is likely to be a game that’ll appeal to you.
Cashpot Slots Summary
The lack of tier one studios in the cashpot slot niche is quite a good indicator that these games can be very specialised and focused on certain players. However, that doesn’t mean they are not good slots, and the arrival of Push Gaming into the genre in 2025 does tell you that this is definitely a category that could grow in the future. Whether it goes on to be as successful as other slot types, we can’t be sure, but it will be an interesting time and ride finding out.
Pros
- Big prizes can be won in the base game, so there’s not always the need to trigger a bonus round.
- Some games increase the cashpot prizes during the bonus round.
- Cashpots are sometimes an additional feature, with the game also including lots of other popular mechanics.
Cons
- Many of the tier one providers don’t have content in this niche.
- Some games purely focus on cashpots as the main feature.
- It can feel quite the task to win the higher prizes on the cashpot ladder.
FAQ's
Cashpot slots are hot in the iGaming world at the moment, and if you’re always eager to try something fresh in this niche, you can expect at least five new slots a month to be added to your favourite casino.
That’s a great question. We feel that players like to be able to win a substantial prize in the base game without having to trigger the main feature, and in the case of the slots that don’t have a free spins bonus, players just enjoy the simplicity of the gameplay.
