From the outset, Riddec Games has been pretty clear on the fact that they don’t want to be “just another slot studio”; instead, they want to build a larger casino content arm capable of producing slots, crash titles, and mines-style games under one roof.

Publicly, the company is closely associated with Alexandr “Alex” Liutsko, and Mr Liutsko who’s represented Riddec Games in interviews and partnership announcements. In one 2025 interview, for example, he said the business was built by people with previous experience at companies like OlyBet and Betsson, although little else is publicly available in terms of ownership info.

According to Riddec’s official year-end summary for 2025, the studio said that it entered its “live phase” during the year, releasing 12 games across slots, crash, and mines, growing to a team of 16 specialists, and securing 10 live partnerships. They also revealed that there are another 8 either in negotiation or in the technical integration stage, so it will be interesting to see what they come out with for the remainder of 2026 and further into the future.

2024: Riddec Games was founded as part of Riddec Venture Studio. During its first year, the studio started planning for its commercial rollout of games, and they began to release some of their early non-slot titles like Eagle of Fortune, Treasure Map, and CosmoLoot.

2025: Riddec Games goes officially live. The company produced 12 games this year, expanded into international markets, added additional language support options and signed 10 live partnerships. Instead, the game arrived with a pretty clear identity: a quirky steampunk theme, adventurous hamster characters, a 5×3 reel layout, and 15 fixed paylines. Natal Cats

One of Riddec’s newest slot releases is Natal Cats, which launched in February 2026. The game’s designed around the tried-and-tested Hold & Win mechanic, but Riddec has added a structured jackpot progression feature into the mix, too, which, for us, actually works quite well!

The gameplay hinges almost entirely on the main Hold & Win bonus round, and when it’s triggered, symbols lock in place and award respins, and, after that phase ends, you enter a special jackpot ladder feature, too, where you have a shot of unlocking the Mini, Major, and Mega prizes, in that order.

Hamsterpunk Crash

Released in August 2025, Hamsterpunk Crash is a high-variance crash game that’s set in a steampunk world, and, in keeping with most successful crash games, Hamsterpunk Crash keeps things simple; all you need to do is select how much you want to bet and watch as the multiplier continues to climb; your sole decision is to decide when to cash out, and hope you manage to do so before the “crash” happens!

Now, crash games obviously aren’t for everyone, but this is a genre that continues to perform well, particularly on mobile, and particularly with younger crypto-casino audiences, so it makes sense that Riddec wanted to involve themselves with the crash genre. Hamsterpunk Mines

Released in May 2025, Hamsterpunk Mines is another non-slot title from Riddec, and, as the name again suggests, Hamsterpunk Mines is a steampunk-themed take on the now very popular minesweeper-style instant game format. It’s very simple and straightforward to play: reveal tiles, avoid the game-ending ones, and watch your multiplier increase with every safe pick. 

However, Riddec has also chosen to include a few quite unique mechanics in Hamsterpunk Mines, including an Adjustable Field Size, Variable Mines Count, and Batch Mode, and these features allow you to customise the game in a way most mine titles don’t!

Jackpot Slots

At the time of writing, Riddec Games doesn’t appear to offer any progressive jackpot slots. One of the more interesting non-core gameplay features Riddec has introduced is the Riddec Marathon League, announced in February 2026! The Riddec Marathon League is a tournament tool designed for operators, and it allows them to run configurable competitions with real-time leaderboards, flexible prize pools, and either automatic or manual payouts.

Now, it’s still a very new tool, so details are a bit scarce, and there’s a good chance that things may change in the future, but for now, the current scoring model is based on win multipliers, which aim to make things fairer for players. In August 2025, Riddec announced a deal with BetConstruct, and they followed this up in October 2025 with a partnership with Notix.Games, another aggregator-focused agreement. Then, in January 2026, Riddec expanded again through VeliGames, the aggregation platform developed by VeliTech, and this was one of Riddec’s biggest moves to date.

On the operator side, Riddec Games has also been busy. It does, for us at least, give some concrete reassurance that Riddec’s slot, crash, and mines titles operate on a properly tested random basis. So, while we’d still like to see more direct transparency around platform licensing and market-by-market approvals, the fact that a well-known testing lab has certified their technology, well, that’s a fairly positive step in the right direction.

At the time of writing this Riddec Games review, we could not find any dedicated CSR programmes, charity initiatives, or detailed responsible gambling resources publicly available on the studio’s website. Now, for a young B2B supplier, that’s not really anything out of the ordinary, but it is an area that they may want to look at expanding in the future.
