Unfortunately, very little is known about Naga Games’ background and history. We do know they were established in 2022 and are based in Malta, a popular iGaming hub for operators and providers. Later that year, Naga Games appeared at SiGMA Europe, also in Malta, and this was, they say, to make their “Western debut”.
Over the next couple of years, they developed some 56 slots and attended a number of other industry events like ICE London and SiGMA Manila. If you hadn’t noticed by now, Naga Games has a habit of borrowing, shall we say, concepts from other software providers, and it’s clear that Sugary Bonanza is essentially a Sweet Bonanza (Pragmatic Play) clone. The free spins bonus round works almost identically, dropping random multiplier values onto the screen, and there’s a bonus buy option costing 100x your stake.
In fairness, however, Naga Games has made it look slightly unique, and it’s fun to play, especially if you’re in a region where Pragmatic Play’s games are unavailable.
Gangster’s Paradise
Gangster’s Paradise puts you in charge of the streets, and the gameplay unfolds on a pretty unique 3-4-5-4-3 grid, while using a ways-to-win mechanic. Like most of Naga Games’ titles, Gangster’s Paradise is well-designed, offering sharp graphics, excellent audio effects, and some good bonuses and features.
The game’s core mechanic is the Backstreet Battle, where Gangster Wilds move right and Police Wilds move left, similar to what we saw in NetEnt’s The Invisible Man. If they collide, a random multiplier of 2x, 3x, or 5x is applied, and reel 3 transforms into a stacked wild for that spin.

Countdown to Fortune is a slick 3×3 slot that offers something pretty unique, challenging you to “beat the clock and grab glory” before the countdown hits zero. I might not be a big fan of collection-based online slots personally, but these games have long proven to be popular in the Asian markets. Since 2025, we've seen more Western-based studios creating these slots, too, so it's no surprise to see Naga Games releasing Vault of Riches as they look to bolster their position in Asia further and move into Western markets, too.
As for the gameplay in Vault of Riches, it's just what you'd expect from this style of release, with special symbols landing on the reels which may or may not randomly trigger one of three variations of the bonus round, where the ultimate goal in all of them is to land the letters GRAND. One additional feature is the highlighted positions on reels 2 and 4. If you land a wild symbol in one of these, it will expand the length of the reel, and from my experience, usually pay you a relatively good prize.
To conclude, Vault of Riches is similar to many slots already out there in the market, but if you're a big fan of Naga Games or exploring what the studio has to offer, you might want to try this out, even if it's only for a spin or two.

Let's kick off the Naga Games Wild Fish Hunter slot with some positives. First, it's a bright and colourful-looking game, so full marks to the studio for that. Then, once we got under the hood of the game and tried a few spins, it became apparent very quickly that the studio had opted to move away from traditional fishing slot mechanics, so you won't be seeing any reel'em in mechanics here, or a progression trail once the free spins are triggered.
Instead, the star of the show is the progressive multipliers attached to each symbol, which are displayed in a meter at the side of the reels. The more consecutive winning cascades you hit, the bigger these multipliers grow, aided by a hook wild in the main bonus, transforming adjacent symbols into a wild when it lands.
Onto the negatives, and one of the biggest shockers you'll encounter is that once the free spins are triggered, a mini-game is played to determine how many you win. Whilst you can win up to 11 if the feature is triggered naturally and 14 if you use the bonus buy option, it's possible that you can potentially begin the bonus with just 2 in each. Factor in the bonus buy cost of 150x, and this is undoubtedly a risky option if you choose to use it.

Candy-themed slots continue to resonate with players, and since the revamp and release of Pragmatic Play's Sweet Bonanza 1000, we've seen a flood of similar releases from many studios across the industry.
Yes, it's a tough market to break into, but Naga Games Sugary Bonanza is a good addition, and I particularly like that the global multiplier in the free spins collects all multiplier values regardless of whether they are part of a win or not. Furthermore, you don't need a new multiplier to land and be part of a winning combo for the global multiplier to be applied to it, something that's not the case in many variations from other game providers.
In summary, Sugary Bonanza is a perfect fit for those who predominantly like mobile gaming, as with many developers targeting Asian countries, the slot is displayed in portrait mode. The multiplier collecting all values in the feature is also a key plus point for the game, and one you won't find in countless other clones.

We've seen plenty of other online slots in the style of Naga Games TNT Fiesta over the years, but that doesn't mean it's not a good addition to the studio's portfolio as they look to branch out in their game genres and move away from purely focusing on Asian themes.
Regarding the gameplay, I liked the fact that the wild burst can trigger randomly in the base game, and once you reach the free spins, it's great to see it activate at the start of every spin, which, in fairness, is needed, as you only get five. Further plus points include cascading reels being present in the game, and the super cheap bonus buy option coming in at only 65x the stake.
To sum up, TNT Fiesta is far from being an award-winning slot, but for fans of Naga Games, it's something a little different to spin the reels and does appear to offer a reasonable amount of win potential.

Naga Games is a regulated iGaming software provider that claims to hold licenses in some of the world’s most competitive markets. On its licensing page, it has logos from the United Kingdom Gambling Commission (UKGC), the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA), the Romanian National Gambling Office (ONJN), and the Gibraltar Licensing Authority.
However, on further inspection, we were unable to find any evidence that the provider holds a license in Malta, the UK, or Gibraltar. It may be that they distribute their games through an aggregator platform, and in doing so, piggyback on the license of said aggregator.
In fact, the only license we were able to verify was their Class II license from the Romanian National Gambling Office. This is a B2B license that allows them to offer their portfolio of games to Class I operating license holders. Their ONJN license number is 49609520.
Fair Play & Security
On their website, Naga Games states: “All Naga Games products will be validated and certified by international accreditation bodies,” and they do list two mainstream testing houses in the “certification” section of their “company” page, including BMM (BMM Testlabs) and GA (Gaming Associates). What this means is that Naga Games sends their slots over to these testing houses, source code included, and this code, along with the random number generator, will then be evaluated to ensure they’re truly random and fair.
Partnerships & Collaborations
Like many newer software providers, Naga Games has relied heavily on partnerships and integrations to get its games in front of players, and one of their first collaborations came in late 2024 when they partnered with QTech Games, a leading game distributor in emerging markets. This partnership saw Naga Games’ full portfolio launching on QTech’s platform, and interestingly, these games use QTech’s random number generator model rather than an in-house system.

Naga Games doesn’t currently list any information about Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives on its website, but this is hardly surprising for a small company, especially one primarily focused on the Asian market.
What we’ve seen in the online gambling industry is that typically only the largest providers have the ability and infrastructure to run projects like charity drives or CSR programmes. This means that many of the smaller studios don’t have the time or desire to run them, and to be fair, you can’t blame them if they only have a limited amount of resources.

Final Summary
Naga Games might not yet be a household name, especially outside Asia, but they’ve proven themselves as a capable slot developer in just a few short years.
