InOut Games is an up-and-coming B2B casino software provider known for innovative, fast-paced games, along with platform services. The company was launched in 2024, making them a relatively new name in iGaming, and rather unusually for a developer launched today, they’ve chosen to focus primarily on crash, “skill”, and instant-win games rather than traditional slot machines.
Our comprehensive InOut Games review and guide is here to give you an in-depth look at what the provider has to offer, covering everything from their background and history, their unique technology, demo games, and the core partnerships they’ve entered into.

History & Company Background
InOut Games launched official operations in 2024, and they were established under the legal entity IOGr B.V. – a company that’s headquartered in Willemstad, Curaçao. The founding team, which, according to the provider, is composed of “iGaming industry veterans”, started out with the goal of developing a “gamified” casino experience with cutting-edge technology and a strong location.
Today, InOut Games focuses heavily on employing HTML5 technology alongside provably fair mechanics, which is something we’ve seen a lot of crypto-focused software providers do. They offer multi-currency support in all of their games, designed to support a global audience, and they focus primarily on player engagement and operator retention.

InOut Games Highest RTP Games
Given the fact that all of InOut Games’ titles are arcade or crash-inspired titles, they tend to have quite high RTPs, especially when compared to slots. Below, you can view a breakdown of the highest RTP InOut Games releases and see which one potentially offers you the best returns over extended playtime.
| Slot Name | RTP |
|---|---|
| 1. Chicken Road | 98.00% |
| 2. Chicken Road 2 | 95.50% |
InOut Games Product Portfolio
In this next section of our review, we’ll look in greater detail at some of the more popular titles in the InOut Games portfolio. To date, the studio has purely focused on arcade and casino crash games, so let’s take a look at what’s considered some of the hottest releases to be created by the developer so far.
Arcade & Crash Games
Chicken Road
Chicken Road is one of InOut Games’s most successful releases to date, and it’s an instant play game that boasts a very high RTP of 98%! Your job, as a player, is to try and guide chickens to cross busy streets, and rather than there being spinning reels, like you’d find in a video slot, you, instead, choose from multiple different paths – routes – and decide the risk level associated with each route.
The goal is to try and reach the “golden egg” at the end. By changing the difficulty level, you can adjust the win potential of the game, but, as you’d expect, this also changes the risk. If the chicken gets run over, the game loses. You’ll also find a few “bonus” like features, including safe spots (places where the chicken can’t be killed) and free bets, which allow you a second round for free.
Plinko Aztec
This single-player game takes you back in time and places you inside an ancient Aztec pyramid theme. A golden ball is dropped from the top into a Plinko pegboard, and where the ball lands at the bottom determines the prize multiplier you end up winning.
As we’ve seen with many Plinko-inspired games (which have become quite popular in recent years), the slots at the edges of the screen offer higher payout potential. Unlike some Plinko games, however, Plinko Aztec doesn’t allow you to adjust the volatility or change the “riskiness” of the layout.
Forest Arrow
Forest Arrow is an arcade game from InOut Games, and it does a pretty good job of blending arcade shooting with casino mechanics, allowing you to enjoy virtual archery! The game takes place in a mystical woodland backdrop. You simply need to fire arrows at targets, with multipliers awarded for bullseye hits.
Each round allows up to 100 arrows, and it’s been cleverly designed, we feel: while it feels like a skill-based game, to some extent, it runs on a random number generator. The more shots you fire on target, the higher the potential payout!
Sugar Daddy
Sugar Daddy, an unusual name, sure, is a crash-style game that’s designed, unsurprisingly, around a quirky luxury theme. As a player, you’ll be racing a sports car along a neon highway, while a multiplier gradually increases. You need to decide when to “cash out”, before the car crashes, locking in your winnings.
It’s a pretty standard crash game, so the longer you avoid cashing out, the higher the potential winnings. Sugar Daddy has some pretty nifty features, however. There’s a high maximum win potential of 10,000, you can set up an auto-cashout limit, and multipliers can also appear, boosting your current win!
Tower
Last but not least is Tower, another risk-driven game where you climb levels of a virtual tower. Each time you reach a new level, you’re presented with a choice: collect a safe multiplier and cash out, or risk moving higher for larger win potential.
Hidden bombs along the way add danger, while diamonds and bonus symbols can also randomly appear, increasing your current payout. Tower has an RTP of 95%, making it surprisingly one of the software provider’s lowest RTP titles, but it’s a lot of fun to play, and it offers something different from most instant wins we’re used to seeing today.
Table Games, Bingo, and Other Casino Games
As you’ve probably been able to gather by now, InOut Games doesn’t offer conventional casino table games, so don’t expect to find anything like roulette or blackjack on offer. However, they do offer quite a few instant-win titles that you may be used to seeing at online casinos.
Double Online, for example, is a simple double-or-nothing game, while HiLo Joker allows you to bet on whether the next playing card will be higher or lower than the current card’s value.
InOut Games Releases With The Biggest Payouts
| Slot Name | Max Win |
|---|---|
| 1. Chicken Road 2 | 20,000x bet |
| 2. Chicken Road | 10,000x bet |
Game Mechanics & How They Work & Unique Features
In most of our software provider reviews, we dedicated this section to discussing different mechanics found within online slots: paylines, ways-to-win, scatter pays, and so on. However, InOut Games don’t offer any slots, so we’re unable to follow that format here. Most of their games follow a single-track or free-entry format.
For example, Chicken Road and BallooniX use a linear path mechanic. Other titles like Forrest Arrow use a sequential scoring system; each time you shoot at a target, it’s equivalent to one “unit” of play, so as you can see, these mechanics are not at all like slots and will take a little getting used to with regard to managing your budget if you haven’t played them before.
Provably Fair Technology
One of the core mechanics powering InOut Games is its use of provably fair technology. Now, this has been around for quite some time, and it’s a pretty unique system designed to give players full confidence in the randomness of each game round.
Unlike traditional random number generators, which require users to simply trust that the technology is fair, provably fair uses cryptographic hashing to let players verify results themselves. Every bet or round is generated by combining a server seed, directly from the game, along with what’s known as a client seed, the latter of which is generated from the player or browser.
The result is hashed and displayed before the outcome is revealed. Once the round is complete, the final seed is then revealed, and players can independently verify this on the blockchain or through a verification tool to confirm that the outcome wasn’t manipulated. Sure; it’s quite complex technology, and the vast majority of players won’t be able to understand or verify results themselves, but it’s good to have, and it allows expert reviewers to make sure a casino is offering fair and unbiased games!
Casino Management Tools
Beyond games, InOut also offers aggregation and platform services. The software provider offers an API that allows operators and aggregators to integrate the entire game suite quickly without needing to go through an aggregator platform.
InOut Games also offers a full-featured back office with real-time analytics, player tracking, and CRM functions. This means that operators can adjust some settings, like RTP and volatility, as well as brand interfaces. 24/7 support can also be offered through InOut’s platform.

Demo & Review
Our Conclusion:
The crash game genre continues to grow, and InOut Games have made a very respectable release in the form of Chicken Road, which allows players the chance to pick from multiple volatility levels and stakes starting from just €0.01 a game. To top it all off, the jackpot prize of 10,000x is very good making it an appealing game to play in the crash niche in my opinion. Do you agree? Try our free demo and see what you think.

Our Conclusion:
Due to the huge success of the original Chicken Road crash game, it made perfect sense for InOut Games to create a sequel, and Chicken Road 2 is a vast improvement with better graphics and a higher max win. However, there is one downside, and if you're a player who focuses on RTP, this version only offers 95.50% compared to that of 98% in the original. So, that's something worth keeping in mind if you are going to play either of the games for real money.
Commitment to Player Safety & Fairness
Licensing & Regulation
One of the biggest gripes we have about software providers, even some of the bigger ones (you’d be surprised), is the lack of transparency when it comes to licensing. Thankfully, virtually every software developer in the world, and certainly every one you’ll read about here at Demo Slot, holds a valid online gambling license. Many studios, however, choose not to display their licensing information, which is just bizarre, in our opinion!
InOut Games, thankfully, are very upfront about their credentials, although the license they operate under is quite interesting. You see, when the old Curacao Master License scheme was revamped (with a new Curacao Gaming Control Board (GCB) being formed), many smaller online casinos and studios couldn’t afford the new, high fees.
As a result, many pivoted to alternative jurisdictions, and the small island of Anjouan, which is part of the Union of Comoros, became a go-to region for many operators. That’s exactly where InOut Games has chosen to license itself, and all of their games and technology operate under license number: ALSI-202506032-FI2.
Interestingly, the company itself is based in Curaçao, registered address: Julianaplein 36, Willemstad, Curaçao, but this isn’t too surprising given that Curaçao remains an ideal hub for iGaming companies to be based in, just not licensed so much anymore.
Partnerships & Collaborations
Partnerships and collaborations are important for any software provider, but that’s especially true for smaller companies and those with niche offerings, like InOut Games.
One of the main ways the software provider gets its games to operators is through aggregator platforms. The entire InOut game suite is available through several casino aggregators, for example. This includes integration via the SoftGamings API, and the studio has also partnered with some major white-label online casino operators, too.
As we mentioned earlier, InOut Games has also developed its own API, which allows casinos and operators to instantly “plug” the studio’s games into the game catalogue. This allows InOut Games to partner directly with casinos, cutting out the middle man (aggregator platforms.) Some of the notable casinos InOut Games has partnered with include JustBit Casino, Bizzo Casino, National Casino, and Lala Bet.
Finally, and while very much still in its early days, InOut Games has also begun to partner with online affiliates and influencers. Their goal will likely be to have online gambling streamers play their games live on streams, although details of how this is expected to work, and which streamers they’ll be partnering with, remain to be seen.
Fair Play & Security
As we mentioned earlier, all of InOut Games’ games are powered by provably fair technology. This doesn’t mean their games don’t need to be certified; they do, but it does add an additional layer of “protection” for players, and it helps to increase trust, which is especially important in the crypto industry.
Unfortunately, InOut Games doesn’t offer any information about which testing house they use to test and certify their games. Their website simply states: “inout.games has passed all regulatory compliance and is legally authorized to conduct its activities as a B2B gaming provider.”
Corporate Social Responsibility
As a brand-new software provider, InOut Games hasn’t made public any information about corporate social responsibility initiatives, and, to be honest, we wouldn’t really expect them to be running anything like this so early on.
Some major software providers like Microgaming, Playtech, and Konami – sure, they have the resources and money to work with charities and fund local initiatives. For a new game developer, however, InOut Games simply don’t have the abilities, resources, or even desire to run such schemes, and that’s fair enough.

Final Summary
Today, the online gambling industry is more saturated than ever, and with more software providers seemingly launching than ever before, the market has never been so competitive. That’s why, when a game developer like InOut Games comes along and takes a different approach, it will likely either work very well for them or very poorly.
Their decision to focus (so far) on non-slot games is not something we’re used to seeing, but it could prove to be the USP that allows them to enjoy rapid growth and succeed.
While their game library doesn’t currently include classic slot, table, or live-dealer content, they’ve been able to fill a niche for operators targeting younger or crypto-savvy audiences, and their titles appeal especially to players wanting fast rounds and high engagement. It’s also pretty impressive how their games are designed entirely around provably fair technology.
They have a long way to go, but, so far, they appear to be doing a pretty good job, and their recent partnership with SoftGamings is an impressive step in the right direction. We look forward to seeing what InOut Games can do in the coming months and years!
