Theme & Design

Okay, let’s get to that theme. I want you to imagine a future where ducks are looking to take back control of our planet, and to aid them in their mission, they go out on patrol in biomechanical suits. Crikey, I’m not quite sure I’m ready for that scenario just yet, are you? Whether this is a style of game theme that appeals to you or not, you do have to give Stakelogic some credit, as the visuals on display in Turbo Duck are of good quality, and at a first viewing before any gameplay, the slot design-wise has been put together well.

At this stage of our reviews, I always look to dig out a couple of games with a similar theme, and even the humble duck has been featured in a number of past slot releases, so I’ve got a couple lined up for you. Turbo Duck Gameplay & Features

Stakelogic’s Turbo Duck is played on a 5-reel, 4-row configuration with only 15 fixed paylines in play throughout. Stake selection begins from a minimum of €0.10 to a maximum of €150, whilst the game comes with a below-average RTP of 95.94%.

Key to the gameplay in Turbo Duck is our hero to the side of the reels, who can activate randomly in the base game and bonus via the Turbo Blast Feature. This will see the duck shoot between 1 and 3 high-value multipliers onto the reels. In addition to this cool modifier, mystery wilds can also appear on the playfield, transforming into multiplier wilds, standard wilds, and directional wilds.

The main bonus of Turbo Duck is the free spins round, triggered when a scatter symbol lands on reels 1, 3, and 5 simultaneously, awarding 10 spins. Before the bonus game begins, a bonus wheel appears to determine one of three possible variants: Bonus, Mega Bonus and Ultra Bonus. During your awarded feature, the multipliers are much more likely to land, and in the Ultra bonus round, at least one multiplier is guaranteed.
