Slot Overview
Treasures of Osiris is a high-volatility video slot from Pragmatic Play, and the game is designed around their now-familiar Three-Pot collection mechanic, intertwined with an ancient Egyptian theme. The game is played on a 5×4 grid, has 25 paylines, and offers Free Spins, Bonus Buy options, and a maximum win of up to 10,000x your stake. With a solid 96.52% RTP and frequent bonus triggers, it clearly looks good, but is it worth playing? Or is this just another repeat of a well-worn formula? Let’s find out.
Theme & Design
Treasures of Osiris leans heavily into classic Egyptian slot vibes, and you’ll see that the reels are set in a gold-like frame, with palm trees, temples, and glowing desert skies in the backdrop. On the right-hand side of the reels, you’ll see Osiris himself, dressed in gold and looking, well, pretty grand, and above the reels, you’ll see the game’s five localised jackpots, along with the three modifiers: Money, Jackpot, and Wild.
Visually, it sits comfortably alongside other Pragmatic Play “comfort food” slots. If you’ve ever played games like Triple Pot Gold or Lucky’s Wild Pub, you’ll recognise the modifier-based mechanics too, details of which we’ll cover shortly.

Treasures of Osiris Gameplay & Bonus Features
Treasures of Osiris is played on 5 reels and 4 rows, using 25 fixed paylines. Wins are paid left to right, from the first reel. You can bet between €0.25 and €250 per spin. The game offers an above-average RTP of 96.52%, and, naturally, it’s a very high variance slot.
Now, above the reels sit three separate pots that collect specific symbols during base play. The Jackpot Pots collect any Jackpot symbols that land, the Money Pot collects Money Symbols (which display values between 0.2x and 100x), while the Wild Pot collects any Wild symbols that land.
Filling one or more pots can trigger the Free Spins feature, with the corresponding modifiers then applied. All these Pots and their bonuses are triggered randomly. Once activated, you receive 10 Free Spins, and here, gold-framed positions come into play. Each modifier changes how these framed positions act:
- Jackpot Modifier: Here, framed positions transform into Jackpot symbols; the jackpots in the game are worth 5x, 20x, 50x, 1,000x, and 10,000x.
- Money Modifier: Here, framed positions turn into Money symbols, with all values collected and paid.
- Wild Modifier: Here, framed positions become Wilds; if multiple Wilds land on the same line, they can have 2x and 3x multipliers, too.
Now, on their own these modifiers can be fairly lucrative, but it’s when they combine that you’ll enjoy the highest levels of win potential.
Bonus Buy & Ante Bet
Like most Pragmatic Play slots today, Treasures of Osiris also contains multiple Bonus Buy/Ante Bet options. Ante Bet costs 2x and increases the chances of triggering the Free Spins. You can also buy into the bonus rounds directly:
- Buy Free Spins: Costs 60x, for Free Spins with between 1 and 3 modifiers active.
- Buy Super Free Spins: Costs 75, for Free Spins with 2 guaranteed modifiers.
- Buy Super Free Spins 2: Costs 150x, for Free Spins with all 3 modifiers active.
Pros
- Decent maximum win potential of 10,000x.
- Free Spins tend to land quite often.
- Combining modifiers can really increase the win potential.
Cons
- The Three-Pot-mechanic feels overused at this point.
- The theme is definitely not the most original.
- Bonus Buy/Ante Bet options unavailable in some regions.
Treasures of Osiris Slot Review Final Thoughts
Treasures of Osiris is a decent-looking slot from Pragmatic Play, and it’s clearly a mechanic that the studio is capitalising on right now. We’ve seen this three-pot-based-gameplay in a few recent Pragmatic Play slots, and Blueprint Gaming has also been doing something similar.
Actually, for us, it’s not our cup of tea, but we understand that we are not the average player; we review slots for a living, and it’s easy for us to feel that something becomes too saturated. For most casual players, Treasures of Osiris is likely a decent little slot; there’s constant action, an above-average RTP, and a maximum win potential of 10,000x, so yes, even though it’s not our type of game, we can still confidently recommend this. We’re fair like that 😉
