Tomb of Gold 2 Slot Review Final Thoughts
I think you'd be hard pressed to find any other studio that has more Egyptian-themed online slots than Play'n GO, so it didn't come as any great shock to me today when I was asked to give my thoughts on yet another sequel from the provider titled Tomb of Gold 2. Spoiler alert, it's not another "book of" slot, thank goodness.
We might have been saved from expanding reels, but instead, we're back with yet another game that doubles up its feature combo with free spins and a Hold & Win bonus. I'm still not sure what it is with game providers and these slots, but since late 2024, and now up to May in 2025, we're seeing at least half a dozen or more of these styles of games released per week. Pure madness in my opinion.
On the bright side, the free spins bonus does contain a starting multiplier of up to x5, which then can be improved during the bonus, but the Hold & Win is about as standard as you can get, with the obligatory fixed jackpots that can be won, too, so don't expect too much if you do decide to give the game a try, it's about as run of the mill as you can get.
