Slot Overview
Tiger Ventura is the latest instalment in EGT’s “Ventura” series of mini-slots, a compact 3×3, 5-payline game that’s themed around Chinese New Year. It may be designed around quite a basic layout, but there’s a decent amount of action inside, from a random respin feature to multipliers worth up to 25x. And, of course, there’s the signature Clover Chance progressive jackpot, so is it any good? Let’s find out.
Gameplay & Bonus Features
Tiger Ventura is played on a 3×3 grid with 5 fixed paylines. You can stake between €0.05 and €500 per spin, and the game offers a default RTP of 96.35%. Now, given the 3×3 layout, you may think there isn’t much “meat” here, but you’d be wrong.
First, there’s a respin feature, and this can trigger randomly on any base game spin. When it does, the reels fill with wilds, empty positions, and one randomly selected symbol, and any matching symbols that appear lock in place, and the reels spin again. This process continues until no new matching symbols land, or when you fill the screen.
Now, if all positions are filled with winning symbols, a randomly selected multiplier of 5x, 10x, 15x, or 25x is also then applied to all line wins for that spin. Finally, there’s the Clover Chance four-tier jackpot, which is also triggered randomly. When it does, you enter a mini-game where you need to pick from 15 pearls. You simply keep picking until you match three, at which point you’re awarded the corresponding jackpot.

Theme & Design
Tiger Ventura leans heavily into a Chinese New Year style, and visually, it’s definitely one of EGT’s better releases. The reels themselves sit inside a red-and-gold pavilion frame, and you’ll see a mountain backdrop in the distance.
Below the reels you’ll find the standard quick-bet options; to the right-hand side there are additional betting options and quick spin, and to the left, you’ll see the Chinese tiger! Above the reels, you can also view the game’s four jackpots, details on which we’ll cover shortly.
Pros
- Full-screen multipliers worth up to 25x
- Random Respin mechanic
- Clover Chance jackpots can trigger randomly on any spin
Cons
- No Free Spins bonus
- RTP is variable
- 3x3 layout won’t suit all players
Final Thoughts
Tiger Ventura takes the Panda Ventura “template”, if you like, and makes some decent improvements, we feel. We really like the fact that the max multiplier has increased to 25x, and this means that a full screen of winning symbols offers significantly better potential than in the slot's predecessor.
The theme is also really well executed, and it's probably the best-looking of the Ventura series so far. Yes, it won't be for everyone, but we feel that EGT has managed to cram in about as much bonus action as they possibly could, and for us, this is definitely a game worth playing.
