Theme & Design

Smoking Dragon is clearly quite heavily influenced by a Far Eastern theme, and the reels themselves are set on a fairly basic, cartoon-styled backdrop, with golden eggs sitting in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen.

Of course, dragon-inspired slots are nothing new. Games like Dragonfall and Dragon Hopper have both proven to be successful releases, and the genre has been pretty common in the slots world for decades.

Now, in Smoking Dragon, nothing here is overly flashy, but the presentation feels polished, well-executed, and professional. The game’s design is easy on the eyes, and, in all honesty, it’s basic, yes, but it works.

Smoking Dragon Gameplay & Bonus Features

Smoking Dragon is played on a five-reel, four-row layout, and the game uses a 1024-ways-to-win layout. You can stake between €0.10 and €100 per spin, and the game offers a default RTP of 96.3%.

Now, the first mechanic you’ll find in Smoking Dragon is the cascading reels, and this is triggered by landing any win. Doing so removes the bottom row of the involved symbols, allowing the remaining ones to drop down and new ones to come in at the top.

Wilds and Epic Wilds are next. Standard Wilds can land with a multiplier value of up to 100x, and Epic Wilds too. The difference is that Epic Wilds double their multiplier each time they form part of a winning cascade.

You will also notice Dragon Eggs on the reels. These non-paying symbols lock in place and remain stuck until a spin’s cascade has finished. If you manage to land three Dragon Eggs at once, before a spin finishes, you’re awarded an instant cash prize of 500x.

Smoking Dragon also has three bonus rounds, each triggered by landing 3, 4, or 5 FS symbols, respectively:
