Game Overview
Slingo Mine Frenzy is one of Gaming Realms’ newest Slingo releases. It combines the classic Slingo grid mechanic with a set of mining-themed bonus games, jackpots, and increasing Slingo rewards. There’s a lot going on, and you can learn everything you need to know about it here in this review!
Theme & Design
Gaming Realms has leaned heavily into the mining aesthetic here, and it works surprisingly well. Slingo Mine Frenzy drops you into a cartoon-style canyon with colourful gemstones, wood paneling, and a grid made of carved stone tiles.
At the top of the screen you will see the game’s five jackpots: Diamond, Sapphire, Ruby, Emerald, and Amber, and on the left-hand side of the reels you’ll see the familiar Slingo progression trail.
Personally, we think this might be one of Gaming Realms’ better-looking Slingo titles. Sure, they’ve had some successes with titles like Slingo Starburst and Slingo Cleopatra, but still, a lot of their games lack depth, and that’s what we were happy to see changing in Slingo Mine Frenzy.

Slingo Mine Frenzy Gameplay & Bonus Features
At its core, Slingo Mine Frenzy plays like any traditional Slingo release. Match the numbers that drop from the reels to the numbers on your grid. Each game begins with 10 spins, and completing Slingo lines (horizontal, vertical, diagonal) moves you up the pay ladder. You can play Slingo Mine Frenzy for stakes between €0.10 and €100, and the game’s RTP is 95.17%.
Like most Slingo titles, Wilds let you pick any number in their column, Super Wilds let you pick any number on the whole grid, and Blockers do nothing. After the initial 10 spins, you can choose to purchase additional spins. The cost of these “Extra Spins” changes depending on your position in the game.
Slingo Mine Frenzy also contains quite a few bonuses, which you can unlock depending on how many Slingos you get. 5 or 6 Slingos awards the Nugget Bonus, which is a simple “Pick me Bonus” with each nugget revealing cash or a gem. Collecting three gems of the same colour awards the corresponding jackpot.
7 or 8 Slingos award the Dynamite Bonus, and here, you’re taken to a 6×6 grid. You then drop dynamite into selected positions. The explosions that follow then affect between 2 and 7 nearby tiles. Each exploded tile awards a cash prize or a coloured gem.
9 or 10 Slingos awards the Minecart Bonus, and here, you’ll see 18 minecarts rolling across the tracks. They are then arranged into six rows, and each row can contain cash values, gems, multipliers up to 3x, bombs, or empty carts. You then spin arrows to pick up to two rows, and you’re then awarded everything in those rows.
Now, if you manage a full house, you’ll trigger the Main Event Bonus. You then choose from 15 rocks, each revealing a gem. You simply get to keep picking until you reveal 3 gems of the same colour, so you’re guaranteed a jackpot win here of at least 50x.
