Theme & Design

Sea of Wealth isn’t the first fish-inspired game from Evoplay, with The Greatest Catch: Bonus Bet being another example of a slot they’ve produced with fish. The reels are set in what looks to be the ancient lost city of Atlantis, which feels slightly disjointed considering the symbols on the reels are primarily fish. However, it looks OK, and it’s more or less what you’d expect from a game with such a small playfield in the Hold & Win slot genre.

Sea of Wealth Gameplay & Features

For a relatively simple-looking slot, Sea of Wealth has a surprising amount of bonus action inside, and the first to be aware of is the Wild. This can land anywhere across the three reels, and when it does, it substitutes for all other symbols except the bonus and trident symbols.

Next up, you’ll see the BONUS symbols. These can land on reels 1 and 3 during the base game and bonus. All of the BONUS symbols contain random money values between 1x and 15x or one of the jackpots: MINI, MEGA, SUPER, and GRAND. If the BONUS symbols land and award the cash prize, you’re paid that value. If they reveal a jackpot, you win between 20x and 1,000x, depending on which jackpot you’re awarded.

The Trident symbol can land in the base game too, and when it does, it triggers one of three bonuses and features:

1. Trident Magic: This collects the values of all the bonus symbols in view and pays them to you.
2. Bonus Game Activation: If you land the Trident symbol on reel 2 and the bonus scatter symbols on reels 1 and 3, you’ll trigger the main bonus round.
3. Trident Shot: If the Trident symbol lands without any bonus scatter symbols, there’s a chance that the scatter symbols required to trigger the bonus will be added to the reels.

Once you trigger the main bonus round, you begin with 3 spins. Each time a new bonus or Trident symbol lands in view, the spin count resets back to 3. During the bonus, only bonus and Trident symbols can land, along with empty spaces. This is your standard re-spin bonus; you keep spinning until you fill the reels or until you don’t hit any symbols for three consecutive re-spins.

Bonus Buy

Like many slots from Evoplay, Sea of Wealth contains a bonus buy mechanic, although this is unavailable in certain markets like the UK. The bonus buy allows you to purchase direct entry into the game’s bonus round, and it costs 38x.
