Game Overview
The universe is so vast that you’d surely think that would mean there is life out there on other planets and not just humans here on Earth. I guess one day that age-old question will undoubtedly be answered, but for now we’re left to ponder on what might be. As with all fascinating aspects of life, online slot and casino game providers are never far away from using the theme for a new game, and today we’re set to focus on the Rosy Orbit slot from Play’n GO, a 5-reel game with cascading reels, the treasure turn mechanic, and wins of up to 6,000x the bet.
Theme & Design
I think both my intro to the game and its title are a bit of a giveaway as to what the theme of Rosy Orbit is, so yes, once the game hits your screen, you’ll find yourself stargazing with the reels of the slot positioned on the moon. As for the overall design of Rosy Orbit, it’s ok without ever daring to be brilliant, but in 2025 it does what it needs to do and offers clear visuals and smooth gameplay.
Unsurprisingly, the space slot genre is one that many studios have looked to capitalise on in the past, so those wishing to seek out new games and lifeforms in the niche will have plenty of material to go at. You can dig into our dedicated space-themed slots category to find what you like the look of, or alternatively, go check out a couple of Elk Studios slots, with Cygnus 4 and Cygnus 5 being two top titles.

Rosy Orbit Gameplay & Features
Play’n GO’s Rosy Orbit slot is a 5-reel, 5-row game with 3,125 ways to win and an RTP of 96%. Gameplay can commence from a minimum of €0.10 a spin to a maximum of €100.
You’ll have seen in the title of the slot the name “treasure turn,” so it’s time to explain to you what this function is. On each spin where you create a winning combo, the reels rotate 90 degrees and all symbols slide downward as much as possible. If there is a gap between any of the 2×2 symbols, they will crush what is below them, and their multiplier value will increase by x1. Once this has occurred, new symbols will be added to fill the vacant spaces, giving you extra chances to win.
If during a series of wins and cascades, three scatter symbols land or are collected, the bonus will be triggered and you’ll be awarded 8 free spins. During the free spins, all 2×2 symbols begin with a 3x multiplier, and each time the reels turn a full 360 degrees, this will increase to 4x. Keep a lookout for the scatter symbols, too; these will add 2 extra spins up to a maximum of 60 when they land.
Pros
- Up to 60 spins can be won during the bonus.
- The treasure turn mechanic is at least something unique.
- The 2x2 symbols can be valuable, especially in the free spins.
Cons
- Only a 6,000x max win.
- Feels like a tough game to bonus.
Rosy Orbit Slot Review Final Thoughts
Play'n GO's Rosy Orbit does at least try to be a little different with its treasure turn mechanic, but once you've played a few spins and a bonus round or two, I think you'll quickly tire of this game and realise it's nothing more than another filler slot from the studio.
