That question has been answered with the release of Midas Golden Touch 3, where players can again trigger the free spins bonus featuring the sticky win respins.

Whilst I do quite like this style of bonus feature, you can almost sense you're doomed once the wild doesn't stop on reels 2 or 3, and it can be a bit frustrating if the game burns through four or five of your spins once the multiplier has reached a high amount.
