Now, there are four tiers of multiplier symbols with values ranging from 2x to 1,000x. When a cascading sequence ends, all multiplier symbols visible on the screen are added together, and the total win from that sequence is then multiplied by the combined value.

The game also has three unique Medusa symbols:

• Medusa Blast: Selects 2-4 symbols in view and removes them, triggering extra cascades.

Medusa Dark Ages is a game that does a good job of telling the darker side of Greek mythology, and you won’t see any luxurious temples here. Instead, you’ll be met by crumbling ruins, stormy skies and shadowy battlegrounds, and while the reels are framed by stone columns, it’s a dark, quite depressing look, albeit one that Skywind has pulled off pretty well.

If video slots like Medusa Megaways or Medusa’s Stone appeal to you, then Medusa Dark Ages is a title that you’ll probably enjoy, thematically, at least. The game does look a little dated, but this is more of a “Skywind” issue than anything game-specific.
