Theme & Design

Haunted Crypt is designed around a grim, supernatural theme. The action unfolds inside a decaying crypt guarded by gargoyles, glowing skulls, and cursed stonework. The colour scheme is made up, primarily, of dark green and grey, and there’s also some purple thrown into the mix.

Haunted Crypt Gameplay & Bonus Features

Haunted Crypt is played on a five-reel, three-row layout, and the game uses 20 fixed paylines. You can bet from €0.20 to €240 per spin, and the game’s RTP is, by default, 96.51%. Now, interestingly, Haunted Crypt has two different game modes: Value and Speed. You can select which you play, and the default option is the Value Profile. If you choose Speed, your bet stays the same, but your chances of landing the Free Spins bonus increase. In return, the average Free Spins bonus pays less.

Now, Haunted Crypt doesn’t have that much going on in the base game, so you’ll want to look out for the Scatters. Landing three of the Scatter symbols on reels 1, 3, and 5 awards 10 free games.

During Free Spins, any Wild that lands leaves behind a frame in its position. Each time a Wild hits, multipliers across all active frames increase by +1x. When a Wild lands on an already framed position, that multiplier increases further for the current spin.
