Over the years, Pragmatic Play has had dozens of its most popular games cloned and copied, so you can't fault them if, every once in a while, they decide to do the same and take inspiration from other titles that are doing relatively well in different jurisdictions.

To be honest, this isn't anything new in 2025, as Pragmatic now has Fat Panda under their umbrella, a studio that, from what we've seen, was created to make strikingly similar games to what has brought PG Soft so much success in Asia and Brazil.

That takes us onto Fortune of Aztec, which, yeah, is PG Soft's Treasures of Aztec, but Fat Panda/Pragmatic Play have at least tried to up the ante a little by increasing the max win to 100,000x (whether that's achievable, though, who knows).

So, there we have it slot fanatics. If you've been a long-time admirer of Treasures of Aztec, then there's potentially a new kid in town. I still can't believe Fat Panda hasn't added a bonus buy to this game, though, unless it only appears in the real-money version, which is always the case on the PG releases.
