AvatarUX may be best known for their “POP” games, but they’ve actually produced some pretty impressive ‘normal’ games, too, including hits like Spinfection and Electric Rush.

Diamond Dez is another of their non-POP titles, and the action takes place in a luxurious, blue-lit vault setting that feels more like a movie set than a slot! Dez, the game’s thief, looks dapper at all times and is surrounded by diamonds and the tools he’s using to pull off his heist!

Diamond Dez Gameplay & Features

Diamond Dez is played on a 6×5 grid using a scatter pays mechanic, and this means you don’t need to worry about paylines. Instead, wins are formed by simply landing 8+ identical symbols anywhere on the screen. Each win triggers a cascade, too, with new symbols dropping in to replace the old ones.

At any point in the base game, stacked Multiplier Wilds can appear on the reels. These wilds can land 2 or 3 symbols high, and they carry multipliers of between 2x and 10x! Plus, if multiple wild multipliers land in the same cascade, their values multiply together.

The game’s core bonus round is a free spins feature, triggered by landing scatter symbols on the reels. The bonus round revolves around a Progression Bar that fills by one step for every cascade win. After ten wins, Time to Shine mode is triggered. Here, you receive +3 free spins and a higher chance to land Multiplier Vaults and Expanding Wilds! 

Now, the Multiplier Vaults appear only in the free spins, and they carry multipliers between 2x and 100x. Any wins formed on spins with Multiplier Vaults are then multiplied by the multiplier values on screen.

Ante Bet & Bonus Buy

Like most AvatarUX games today, Diamond Dez also contains Ante Bet and Bonus Buy mechanics. Activating the Ante Bet increases your stake by 50% but gives you a 3x better chance of triggering Free Spins naturally.
