Slot Overview
Cash Strike XCash is a high-volatility video slot from Blueprint Gaming that focuses on instant-win mechanics, collect features, and multipliers up to 10x. Without a traditional free spins bonus, is this likely to appeal to players in a market where cash collect-based games are abundant? Let’s find out.
Theme & Design
Cash Strike XCash is pretty much classic Blueprint Gaming from the moment you load it. The reels themselves are set against a fiery backdrop, which is designed around glowing cash orbs and lava-based effects.
We feel that the provider has kept the background quite basic on purpose so that your attention stays firmly on the reels themselves. This has worked, to some degree, but it does end up looking like quite a generic, old-fashioned-style layout that we’ve seen thousands of times before.
Of course, if you’re unaware, there was also an original Cash Strike game; it didn’t prove too successful, largely due to the low maximum win potential of 1,000x, but you can see a lot of design similarities between the two games. It’s also quite similar to another Blueprint slot; Blazing Cash.

Cash Strike X-Cash Gameplay & Bonus Features
Cash Strike XCash uses a three-reel, three-row layout with five fixed paylines, and wins are formed from left to right. You can bet from €0.10 to €20 per spin, and, in keeping with most recent Blueprint Gaming releases, the RTP is slightly below average: 95.02%.
When you begin spinning, you’ll notice that Cash Prize symbols can land on reels 1 and 3. These display fixed, or mystery cash values. When a Collect symbol lands on the middle reel at the same time as one or more Cash Prize symbols are visible, the Collect Feature activates, collecting and instantly paying all cash values in view. Mystery symbols reveal either a cash prize or one of the game’s four non-progressive jackpots.
Now, you’ll also notice that there’s a Collect Multiplier above the reels. This can randomly increase during the base game, and once activated, it multiplies any cash prizes before they are collected. In the base game, this multiplier can reach up to 5x, which then resets after a collect win.
Finally, the game’s main feature, the Cash Strike Bonus, is triggered when Cash Prize symbols land on reels one and three alongside a Collect symbol on reel two. During the bonus, the Collect symbol locks in place; yes, it’s your standard 3-spin-re-spin bonus.
Every time you land a new symbol, the re-spin counter resets back to three. Here, however, the collect multiplier can reach 10x, rather than the base game’s 5x. The bonus simply continues until you fill the screen or run out of respins.
Power Play
An optional Power Play mode is sometimes available, depending on operator configuration and if you live in a region where Ante Bets are allowed. When activated, spins cost 5x your base game stake, and here, the mechanics focus entirely on the cash and collect symbols.
Pros
- Clear, easy-to-understand cash-collect mechanics.
- Multipliers of up to 10x in the bonus round.
- Win up to 10,000x your bet.
Cons
- No free spins bonus.
- Lower RTP than most slots today.
- Limited depth outside of the bonus action.
Cash Strike X-Cash Slot Review Final Thoughts
Cash Strike XCash is a slot that knows exactly what it wants to be: a high-volatility, cash-driven game built around short, intense bonus sequences. Its mechanics are easy to understand, and the instant-win structure makes it well suited to players who prefer quick gameplay rather than long, drawn-out features.
For us, it’s the Cash Strike Bonus that's the clear highlight, and during our testing, we really did find this to be quite exciting, especially when multipliers and cash drops work well together.
Unfortunately, the lack of a conventional free spins bonus and the below-average RTP mean the base game can be pretty unforgiving, and you should be aware of this before playing.
However, Cash Strike XCash is a game that will probably appeal to players who enjoy Blueprint Gaming’s collect-style slots and are comfortable with the volatility swings. It’s not groundbreaking, sure, but it’s decent enough and is worth a few spins IF this genre of game is up your street.
